The Baiyun District project is a construction-soil receiving and resource-recovery production line. Site photographs show a complete processing environment that combines material feeding, screening or classification equipment, conveyors, slurry handling, and filter press dewatering.
Construction soil can contain a wide range of particle sizes and moisture levels. A coordinated treatment line separates useful mineral fractions from fine slurry and converts the remaining wet solids into a form that is easier to handle within the recovery process.
Project Overview
Resource-Recovery Objective
The purpose of a soil-recycling line is not limited to removing water. It must organize the entire material flow, from incoming soil and coarse separation to fine-particle recovery, water circulation, and final sludge dewatering. The photographs show heavy-duty equipment and mobile machinery operating around an integrated plant.
Variable Feed Material
Construction soil is rarely uniform. Clay, sand, gravel, demolition fines, and other particles can enter the process in changing proportions. Equalization and controlled feeding help protect downstream equipment and give the filter press a more stable slurry to process.
Integrated Processing Line
Mechanical Separation Stages
The visible equipment includes large screening and conveying sections used to separate and transport material. Mechanical classification removes larger fractions before the fine slurry reaches the dewatering stage. This reduces unnecessary load on the filter cloth and helps each process step operate within its intended particle-size range.
Filter Press Dewatering
The installed filter press uses a long series of blue plates and a hydraulic closing mechanism. Slurry is pumped into the closed chambers, where filter cloth retains fine solids and allows filtrate to leave the press. Once the cycle ends, the press opens so the cake can be discharged for further handling.
Installation and Operating Considerations
Line Coordination
In a multi-stage recycling plant, the filter press cannot be operated in isolation. Feed-tank level, slurry concentration, pump output, cake-discharge capacity, and recycled-water demand must be coordinated. Buffer capacity between stages helps prevent a temporary delay at one machine from stopping the complete line.
Maintenance Access
The project layout provides access along the plate pack and around the major processing equipment. Operators need safe space to inspect cloths, clean sealing surfaces, monitor filtrate, and respond to changes in feed material. Guards and controlled access are essential around moving equipment and elevated work areas.

Project Value
Combining mechanical classification with pressure filtration supports more orderly recovery of construction soil. Recovered water can return to suitable process stages, while dewatered fines occupy less volume and are easier to move than dilute slurry. Stable results depend on feed management, cloth maintenance, correct pump control, and clear coordination between plant sections.
