Working Principle
Continuous sludge dewatering through gravity drainage, wedge pre-compression and roller pressing.
Condition the Feed
Sludge and flocculant mix before distribution onto the filter belt.
Drain by Gravity
The gravity zone removes free water and prepares the flocculated sludge for pressing.
Pre-Compress & Press
The wedge zone reduces fluidity before the sludge passes through the pressing rollers.
Discharge & Clean
Cake is released from the belt and the washing system cleans the returning filter cloth.

Drive & Frame
The brochure describes a welded carbon-steel frame with anti-corrosion treatment and a variable-frequency belt drive.
Belt Tracking
Pneumatic tension and tracking adjustment maintain belt position; protection stops the machine when correction or air pressure fails.

Belt washing and filtrate collection are integrated with the dewatering stages.
Selected Construction
Horizontal models use stainless-steel dewatering plates and feed hoppers. Opposed pressing rollers are described for plant-residue duties.
